These terms are between you and GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335, England & Wales), contact chris@gptshopltd.com.

The extension

The free version can be used at no cost. Pro adds Word and Obsidian export, bulk export and Gemini cleanup. Chat sites change their pages from time to time; when that breaks an export we aim to ship a fix promptly, but we cannot promise any feature will work with every future version of a third-party site.

Plans and payment

Pro monthly is £4.99 a month and renews until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Pro lifetime is a single payment of £39 for this extension, including future updates, for as long as we offer it.

Checkout is provided by Stripe's Managed Payments service and is shown as “Sold through Link” (or Onelink). Stripe acts as the reseller and merchant of record for the payment: it charges you, collects and pays any VAT or sales tax, and sends your receipt. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* followed by our descriptor. Stripe's consumer terms apply to the payment itself. We remain responsible for the extension, your licence and support. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the link in your receipt, through exporter.gptshopltd.com/manage, or by emailing us.

Refunds

If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You can also ask Link support for a refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Licence keys

A licence key is for your own use, on your own browsers. Please do not share or publish it. We may withdraw a key that has been refunded, charged back or published.

Gemini cleanup

Gemini cleanup permanently deletes the chats you confirm, in your own Google account. It skips chats you have pinned and shows you the full list before anything is deleted. Deleted chats cannot be recovered by us.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
